Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order to the 48 contiguous United States. We never add shipping fees after you place your order.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the 48 contiguous US states. We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or PO boxes, or internationally.

How we ship

Your order ships directly from our US supplier warehouses. Items in one order may come from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. We email tracking as soon as the carrier has it.

Handling time

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays start the next business day.

Delivery time

After shipping, standard ground delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days.

Total estimate: about 3 to 12 business days from your order. Each product page shows its own delivery estimate. Weather, holiday volume and carrier delays can add time. During the holiday season, check the product page estimate if you need an item by a specific date.

Tracking

You'll get an order confirmation right after purchase and a shipping email with tracking once your package ships. If you don't have tracking within 5 business days, contact us and we'll check with the supplier.

Taxes

We collect sales tax where required by law. Any tax is shown at checkout.

Delayed, lost or damaged packages

Delayed: if your order hasn't arrived 10 business days after it shipped, contact us and we'll open a trace.
Lost: if the carrier confirms it's lost, we'll send a replacement (if in stock) or give a full refund, your choice.
Damaged: email photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it. You never pay to return damaged items.
