Refund policy

Cozy Cascade is operated by GEYER DIGITAL SUPPORT LLC ("we", "us"). Items ship from our US supplier partners, and we handle every return for you.

60-day free returns

You can return most items within 60 days of delivery, and return shipping is free: we email you a prepaid return label. Items must be unused, in their original packaging with all parts, manuals and tags, and not damaged by use, installation or misuse.

What cannot be returned

  • Items marked "final sale" or "non-returnable" on the product page.
  • Custom, personalized or made-to-order items.
  • Items damaged after delivery by improper use or installation.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice (subject to availability). You never pay to return these.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@cozycascade.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.
  2. Within 2 business days we reply with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return label. The return address may be a supplier warehouse or our Ohio returns address.
  3. Ship the item within 14 days of receiving the label and keep your tracking number.

No restocking fees

We don't charge restocking fees on returns that meet this policy.

Refund timing

Once the return arrives and is checked, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days and email you when it's done. Your bank may take another 3–10 business days to show the credit. Shipping is free on all orders, so there are no shipping charges to refund.

Exchanges

We don't do direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellations

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us right away and we'll cancel it for a full refund.
